Hello community, just want say that kur cameras have been working very well on our smart phone however we would like to view this on our tv. Please someone give me a step by step on how to get this on my tv. I am only using a fire stick and i do have the echo dot but our tv is not a smart tv. Can someone help me please?

Stole this from another thread but a comment said it doesn't work with 1st Gen Firesticks in case that applies to you

Arlo Cameras works with Amazon Fire TV - Follow the steps below:

Enable the Arlo skill for your Amazon Echo

Link your Amazon Echo to your Amazon Fire TV under Movies, Video & Books

Select Fire TV

Then say Alexa show (use your camera name) it takes about 30 seconds to show on your TV.

Enjoy your Camera view on the big screen and use Amazon Echo for hands free control of your TV!☺

PS.. only works with Firestick gen2 or newer

And yes, it works well for live viewing, be careful of cameras names as they must not be like cam1 , cam2...

distinct names do work

I use the Chomecast device that is connected to my big screen TV.

Using my Google Home devices, I can tell it which camera to display on my TV.
