topic CVR is absolutely horrible in Arlo Pro 2

I've had Arlo for a few weeks and a few days ago I decided to subscribe to the CVR for 24/7 recording. After just a few days, the CVR is horrible. There are several holes in the recordings that are explainable, and for the current day, the timeline doesn't even show up.

I called customer support several times, and they each had me troubleshoot, which I did. Each time I was told that this was an isolated incident, but while I was on hold for 24 minutes just now with ARLO customer service, I googled ARLO CVR and learned that it's not an isolated incident, but people everywhere have issues.

I like the cameras, but to charge $10 per month for 24/7 recording that doesn't work and is completely worthless and it's been a known issue for over two years is just stupid.

The cameras, yes they mostly work, but ARLO needs to get out of the cloud service business as they at it.
