Pro 2 Camera will not blink to Sync

1 of my 10 pro 2 cameras went off line. It would not re sync so I deleted it.
When I push the sync button on the camera it will not blink to sync. I’ve removed and replaced the battery several times as it blinks for a few seconds when it’s reinstalled but not long enough to sync to the base.
I’ve also tried other batteries.

Are you also pressing sync on the base?

If you are, perhaps try restarting the base next.

Also, make sure you are NOT holding the base sync button....

quickly press the base sync and then press the camera sync.... slow blue to fast blue blinking means it worked

I have bought a 3 cameras kit with base 3 months ago, but recently one Arlo Pro 2 camera VMC4030P stop working.

I've removed that cam from the app, and find out that when I try to add it again, when press the sync button (for 2 seconds, or even more) on the camera, nothing happens..

I've connected the camera to the charger, the blue led turns on about 1 second, and then nothing... I've also tried removing the battery and setting this again, same result.. nothing..

Please help

Same for me... Sync flashing will not show on camera...

Just over 1 year old... worked fine then one day it was offline and when i delete camera i cant resync again...

What to do?

Don’t hold....it’s a quick press of the base sync button and then the camera

@TomMac Well the camera led will turn blue for 2-3sec when i put batteryin and then when i press and hold for 2-3 sec to sync with base.... nothing happens... ??

Make sure your NOT holding it...

A quick press on base and then follow with a quick press on camera

Thx @TomMac but ive done both ways already.... the camera will not enter sync mode... it only blink when i connect chargecable...

thats the only light that indicate anything... other than that there is NOTHING happening from the camera...

Is there anyway to reset the camera?

reset is only pull battery and replace... if it's less than a yr, contact Arlo for warranty.
