How do I turn off notifications?

one of our 5 camera constantly give us email notifications. I have tried using the directions below many times but cannot find the alert section or rules section after pushing the pencil. How can I get the notifications to stop?

Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
Tap or click Mode > Camera or Base Station Name.
Tap or click the pencil icon for an existing mode.
Tap or click the pencil icon under the Rules section.
Under the Alert section, select or clear the check box next to Email Alerts. This turns on/off email notifications.
Note: You can also change the email address for email alerts by tapping or clicking the pencil icon next to the Email Alerts checkbox.
Tap or click Save to apply the changes.

The directions you copy and pasted look pretty clear to me. WHere are you getting stuck (what number of the directions)? You edit the mode and then edit the appropriate rule to find the notifications.
