topic Cameras not able to connect in Arlo Pro 2

I have an arlo 2 camera system. It's an arlo 2 base with 3 cameras. But we also have 3 arlo 1 cameras connected to the same base. We've only had it installed a week or so. I'm constantly having to pull the batteries to reset the cameras so I can connect to them. Otherwise, I click on a camera and it just says "connecting" indefinitely. How do I fix this? Also, the battery life on these things are terrible. I've had to charge many of the cameras multiple times because the batteries keep dying (only installed a week.)

I called support. They weren't much help. They kept telling me it's a phone issue. How does removing the battery and replacing it to fix it is it a phone issue? If it was a phone issue, all my cameras would be dead... not just one or two randomly constantly!

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
