Can’t get past flashing amber light on base station. Tested router cord, all good. Telstra cannot connect/find base station. Arlo support lady also unable to figure out why not connecting. App also not picking up base station, and won’t let me use manual connect. Does that mean base station stuffed?

Probably. Swap at the store is the fastest way to resolve.

Good news, went back to store & they tested base. It’s working. Apparently I was connecting to router on wall and not modem itself. All connected.
