I have had the same problem. I have had 2 of my pro2 cameras completely quit sensing motion. One was just under a year the other was about 18 months old. It is definitely frustrating to have to replace them in such a short amount of time. We have one now that is losing sensitivity like yours, pretty sure it will be the next casualty. I've yet to find where to contact support about this.

My camera appears to be losing sensitivity as the days pass. Today the milkman delivered the milk without any notification coming through. Other days the postman is able to get to the house with no notification, only for me to be notified as he is walking away. Some days I have reversed a car onto the drive, got out and walked around to my boot before the notification comes through. This is seriously unacceptable for such a premium product. I am also finding it very difficult to speak to anyone at Arlo about this. The only option seems to be a chat function which is constantly unavailable. Does anyone have any ideas or had a similar experience?

Don't think it's the hardware causing a lowering of sense... It may just be the changes in FW.

A few times, I have had to tweek settings over the years.

I would re-adjust the sense levels higher to make sure you get responses like before.
