Beginning 2 days ago cannot login from a PC

After clicking the LOGIN button - button dims and nothing happens

Windows 10

Kaspersky

Chrome - cleared cache and cookies - FAIL

Tried Edge - FAIL

Kaspersky has caused issues in the past but haven't heard of recent problems. Try disabling it first to see if that helps.

Kaspersky is the culprit. I had disabled web-virus protection after posting this. Login OK, enabled and still working?

The only website I have trouble with is Arlo. Previously the information in the userid/password was garbled but if I clicked login twice it would work. Now it doesn't work unless I disable Kaspersky Protection/Web-antivirus. Entered the arlo website into the trusted URL of Kaspersky - still fails. What is so unique about this website login that drives Kaspersky nuts?
