5 second lag on live view and when camera detect motion records 5 seconds later my upload speeds are 15-19 mbps, the hardware is capable of performing properly but firmware wont allow im convinced its a firmware issue. Can anyone help please, Had similar issues few years ogo bought jbl speakers which require an app. They wouldn't work properly till jbl improved app. I think lagging issues are due to arlo app

hi tommac went there its cool nice and big and easy with mouse but kept clicking on live button and nothing, can turn on and off etc but wont live stream

If it doesn' live stream, the problem is more than likely FLASH.... most browsers turn off by default

In Fire Fox, click on the lego icon next to left of address bar to enable

others have diff methods

hi mate excuse ignorance whats a fire fox etc computer is hp windows 10 wounldnt I go to device manager also my cam steams fine

ah a web browser don't have it got interne explorer but googles my home page and use that, ill have to download firefox and don't know if I wanna do that

Well, Edge and Chrome will also work.... your choice
