I'm having the same issue. The camera will work for a few days or even a couple of weeks then just stop detecting motion. A hard reset will fix it for a while. I tried removing the battery entirely. I plan to swap out the 3rd party power adapter for an arlo OEM one but I can't really do much about the 3rd party cord because I need something longer than 8 feet. Did switching to the arlo supplied adapter work for you?

About a week ago I connected the Pro 2 to a outlet using a third party usb to ac adapter/cord. It worked fine for a few days. I was able to set up the zones and had zero issues. Once it seemed to fully charge it switched over to only using the battery and doesn’t detect its hardwired anymore. Now the motion zones aren’t working again causing issues with nearby traffic. Resetting the base and unit doesn’t help. Any answers ?

Problem with the third party adapter... ?

Test it by using the original adapter to see if same issue
