CVR subscription is a joke

Why oh why I need to pay monthly sub someone to watch my camera (CVR) only never tell me that something happened (motion sensor) because happened bit further away in my garden and then when proof is required with a timed clip, there is NO easy way to fast forward slow mo or frame by frame OR to download the piece of evidence that I needed easily or CLEAR picture!!!??

Arlo get a basic viewer or download clip feature or I'll cancel my sub and if you still making things difficult, thank god that now are other GOOD choices out there. you're NOT alone. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
