    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to reply to a support case.&amp;nbsp; Clicking the button opens a page that says:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;There was an error processing your request. Please contact with Arlo Support&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cannot reply to the support email since it bounces back.&amp;nbsp; I tried clicking Live Chat and have been waiting forever...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
