Cannot add Arlo Pro 2 to base station. Tried to reset Base Station but still not working.

I bought a new camera for my Arlo Pro 2 system and tried to sync it to the base station using the app and just the sync button method and i couldnt get it to work after many tries.

Eventually i just decided to reset the base station to default and try again, and i could sync all my other cameras again fine, but the new one still didnt work. Blue lights flashing and exact same method... help!

VMB4000v3 - 2 x Arlo Pro 2 and 1 x Arlo (H7)

+ 1 new Arlo Pro 2

Is the battery fully charged?

Did you also try adding the camera with https://my.arlo.com on a PC?

to 100% at the point of syncing? likely not, but would have been over 90%. Does it have to be?

If the battery is too low, then it might not sync. But 90% should certainly be fine.

If you aren't certain of the charge level, just swap batteries with a different camera.
