      <title>Arlo Base Station not powering up. Makes ticking sound when powering on but no LED lights come on.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After less than a week of use, my Arlo pro 2 base station stopped powering up. It makes this ticking sound when powered on, but none of the led lights come on. I keep getting case number after case number with no real assistant from Arlo Support (Case Numbers:41381255, 41355603)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
