Arlo Base Station not powering up. Makes ticking sound when powering on but no LED lights come on.

After less than a week of use, my Arlo pro 2 base station stopped powering up. It makes this ticking sound when powered on, but none of the led lights come on. I keep getting case number after case number with no real assistant from Arlo Support (Case Numbers:41381255, 41355603)

True thanks, but the system was a gift and I’m in Southern Africa right now. So online support is ideal.

Regrettably I have not received any emails from any of the Arlo support team. I have also checked my junk folder just to confirm that the emails have not ended up there.
