      <title>Receiving "Getting Status" Error with granted access account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have admin rights to our system and granted my wife's iPhone permission to access. When see opens the app the camera views will only show "getting Status". I have to reboot her phone each time to clear the home screen so she can view the camera screens. Has anyone ran in to this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>ShayneS,&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried anything much to mention. I’ve looked at the settings on my phone to see if I had forgotten a step. I’ve rebooted the base station. The only thing that works (temporarily) is booting her iPhone. That only works when you initially open the app.</description>
