Can I just disable the non internet cameras, but still control and see them locally?

I would like to have my 7 cameras attached, but keep 5 maximum on line with the rest for home access only. Is that possible? Can I just disable the non internet cameras, but still control and see them locally.

While you can disable cameras that are above your service level, they will not be usable.

Short answer is no, they will not function even locally.
