My arlo pro 2 camera is not detecting motion. The camera is plugged in and not using a battery. I recently signed up for an arlo smart premier subscription. I have defined an activity zone. Before signing up, motion detection was detected although sometimes sporadic.

@TomMac I checked both of those: motion icon is black and my sensitivity level is at 95% Still not picking up motion. I am just a little concerned that prior to signing up for arlo smart premier, my camera was picking up motion 80% of the time and now not picking up motion at all....what is the point of this subscription if motion is not detected??

Try and turn off all the filters for Smart so it detects all ( which is all options green )... see if it changes anything.

If using filters ( tmk ), the camera records but doesn't send the file to the library if its filtered... can you check the usb backup?
