topic Replaced my camera in Arlo Pro 2

All I can say is wow. I bought a new Arlo Pro 2 add on camera 3 weeks ago. It has stopped charging - so I looked online and went through all the KB stuff (changing for an alternative battery etc) and concluded that it is a faulty device, not the battery.

I tried to do all the support online but just got a series of different error messages when trying to do the chat and create a case online (using different devices here). After a painful conversation to get it set-up, I received an email to process the replacement which required another online form...yep, that failed too.. so I had to call again and go through all the details before being told that I had to pay to return the faulty device!! So, Arlo creates a malfunctioning product and I have to pay for the shipping to ensure I get a replacement. Unbelievable!

If you can exchange the system with the seller, that is better than arranging for a warranty replacement (generally true for all electronics).
