New install & only 1 camera is showing

Hi there, please bare with me I am very new to this, I bought the 4 camera system and only one camera is showing up, and suggestions on what I can do

These are pro-2 cameras?

Are you seeing the flashing blue light when you insert the batteries into the other cameras? If not, the cameras need to be charged.

If you are seeing that light, then I suggest trying to sync using the web client (in a PC) instead of using a smartphone.
