One camera keeps displaying offline

I have a camera that says off line on my Samsung S10 but is on line on my Ipad. Can'
t view it at all on Samsung but perfect on Ipad.

I'd remove the app from the S10 and reinstall.

Thank you. Already tried that. Amazing that it won't show up on Samsung. I have 5 cameras and only this one does it. Still says off line. I am going to try switching it with another one and see what happens.
