    <description>1 of my cameras goes offline line every night I have moved it all around removed it and re added it changed batteries it's only 8 months old after many calls to support they said they would send me a RMA to return never got the email called many more times. I have gotten emails reading that they havent herd back from me and I have replied back saying I have no help with getting this RMA that they keep saying they sent me. Poor support inhave spent a lot of cash for this system</description>
