Many thanks Tom,

If I understand you correctly I must disable all camera use, also for the account holder, stop users for having access to view cameras.

Please clarify,

When running system, I can still watch camera sending live. Any way to have it happen when active?

Hi,

Just bought a Arlo 2 system and got it up and running. However I've not completed the configuration fully yet but recognized a functional issue regarding video integrity.

When running the system in non active mode I can still watch the cameras sending live. Is there a way configuring the system so that this would only be possible in active mode? For integrity reasons it's important that nor the home owner or anyone else with permitted access to the system, would be able to watch the cameras live when someone is in the house and the system is deactivated.

Best,

There is a sort of 'privacy' mode....

Only the PRIMARY account holder can deactivate or activate the cameras if disabled. This stops Shared users from viewing cameras.

Under SETTINGS/CAMERA/device on or off toggle
