    <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo New App is atrocious, and the troubleshooting support is even worse.&amp;nbsp; For an expensive system, it is unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Spending hours trying to get my phone to discover Arlo devices for hours to no avail. Tried everything....deleted app. re-installed.&amp;nbsp; Reset base device multiple times.&amp;nbsp; Reset router multiple times.&amp;nbsp; followed every troubleshooting step documented.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Should not be this difficult- especially when forced off an app that was working just fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
