Base station will not stay armed. Keeps disarming on its own.

I just installed our system with cameras on the front drive, and the rear walk out patio. Seems to be working, however the base station will not stay armed. It just disarms on it's own. It certainly could be operator error, but I certainly can't figure it out.

Hi kam582,

Are you using a custom mode? Try testing by using the default "Armed" mode and see if that helps. Also try changing the mode through the web client on your computer to see if that helps.
