    <description>Screen has gone white. I have camera mounted outside. Not through window and have normal settings. My other outdoor cameras don’t have this problem. Outdoor temp is 24F. Initially screen was completely white. Now there is like a stark whiteness on any image.       <description>&lt;P&gt;looks like the iris is stuck ( tho I its electronic and shouldn't )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You going to have to take it down and reset it by pulling battery/then replace.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If NG, then go one more step and remove device and bring back as new.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If still NG, it may just be a cam gone bad... contact Netgear Support for possible warranty&lt;/P&gt;</description>
