Did you remove all devices from Settings, My Devices to perform the reset? If so, I would start by moving the base away from the WiFi router as much as possible. It's also possible that some other device near the base uses the 2.4GHz band (not just WiFi) and is causing interference.

Hello, since one month ago either the cameras disconnect from the router or the router from the internet; indeed i see tha cameras are working (they blink red when something or someone cross them) an the router has three light green (power, internet and cameras). Even more: the status of the system appears to be in the right (https://status.arlo.com). I switch off and on cameras at least ten times (put out batteries), then they restarted to work but just for few days; then claim the base station (as suggested by the community) reinstalling the whole system (fw upgrade, cameras resync etc.) then il all started working fine...again for a couple of days… I'm at mi wits end...May you help me please.
Alberto Gatto - alberto.gatto@gdit.it - +39 340 1833521
