    <description>&lt;P&gt;My arlo pro 2 has gave up, it doesn't record and cant live view as well... my 3 arlo ultra cameras and 1 arlo pro 2 still working fine!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See video that explains problem!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://youtu.be/jvLZfqzFR1g" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://youtu.be/jvLZfqzFR1g&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I did all this several times ...restart base station, resync camreas, restart router, restart modem....&lt;BR /&gt;All other of my cameras working fine, this one seems to be broken ... help... i bought brand new 2 camera system 19 feb 2019 From ebay... how do i apply for warranty?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;STart by rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Try both cell service and WiFi. Try a computer browser to see if there's a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eBay purchases may be an issue for warranty since they're likely not from an authorized distributor such as Best Buy or Amazon. You can still contact support using the link at the bottom here to see if they can help but replacement of faulty hardware requires a receipt from an authorized vendor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could try moving the camera closer to the base as a test.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
