Horrible Customer Service!

Just called Customer Service. The girl on the phone sounded like she was a teenager and extremely unprofessional. She was literally laughing off and on during my call!! Unbelievable! Just purchased the 3-camera unit from Costco. Although I'm happy with the actual units, considering my customer service experience, I'm very tempted to return the product! Not sure what to expect after the warranty expires but this is not a good start!
