Bought used Arlo Pro 2 but can't create an account. Can't find camera?

Hi:

I bought a used Arlo Pro 2 and I can't create an account , the app searches for my system and after 5 minutes , states

nothing found . ? is there a step I'm missing , I've tried everything , all light green , camera's all synced,

You prob need to create the account first... The fact that all are on may be on the old account if they weren't removed properly.

Create account for you, then pull batteries on cams, power down base and do a factory reset on base( hold in reset for ten secs till the LEDs flash Amber )

See if your account sees the base...if not the old owner may not have removed it from their account... Not much to be done if Arlo support doesn't remove it from the prev account ( or the old owner does )
