    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently, I have noticed on one of my camera that the video and audio are out of sync on one of my cameras.&amp;nbsp; The video of my dog barking is not in sync with the audio.&amp;nbsp; This is on the video file from Arlo's server.&amp;nbsp; I am using the app on an andriod (Galaxy) phone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have not examined the version on local storage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions on a fix?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here, as well as recorded video that has pixelating, freezing, speeding up, blurry images, etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It was never that way prior to April-May 2019.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I still have other problems that I mentioned in &lt;A href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Pro-2/The-Arlo-Pro-2-is-Unreliable-and-has-Interface-Issues/m-p/1733027#M36256" target="_self"&gt;different topic&lt;/A&gt; that I started:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Random fail to detect and record video&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) Moving person in the video suddenly disappears, but the video keeps playing&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) Stops recording video while motion continues (it does not time out)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4) Periodic poor video quality&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and&amp;nbsp; now add to the list:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5) video and audio out of sync.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After numerous and lengthy calls with tier 2 customer support, Arlo replaced the base station and one camera, but the problems continue.&amp;nbsp; I have concluded the Arlo system is just not that reliable and nothing can be done resolve the problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;There are a couple ways this can happen, but I think most likely explanation in this case is video corruption/loss in the stored file.&amp;nbsp; It'd be useful to check the USB storage, and see if it is happening there as well.&lt;/P&gt;
