I downloaded the new Arlo app and got the new iPhone 11 Pro I noticed I wasn’t getting my Arlo notifications

Yes I am. I call Arlo and they don’t know what’s going on and they told me they’re going to call me back never did

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

Ok I finally figure it out I have go to SETTING on my iPhone then, General scroll down n then reset network. That’s fix it
