But the base station failed and after all troubleshooting efforts, Arlo has sent us a new replacement base station. I know we must take the cameras down and do the sync tasks again to link them to the new Base station. But - must I create a new account with the new Base station info? Will the cameras connect successfully to the new Base unit ?
