Camera not saving recordings

I have 5 arlo pro 2 cameras linked to one arlo hub. a few days ago one of the five cameras stopped saving its recordings, the other four cameras are working fine and recording as normal. please advise why this could be happening?

It'd be helpful to know if live streaming works.

Also, are you using activity zones?

If you are using activity zones, try removing and recreating them.

Also, you might want to run the motion detection test - to check that motion detection is working. https://kb.arlo.com/1114344/How-do-I-use-the-motion-detection-test-for-my-Arlo-device
