Base station is offline, making clicking noise but nothing else, not even LEDs are on

Purchased the vase station plus two cameras in September 2019, now the base station is offline and makes clicking noises with no LEDs lit up.

I tried resetting, unplugging cables, nothing seems to work.

I've taken the Arlo with me from the US to AU, any idea who to contact here to get it fixed or looked after?

It's possible it's the power supply - try a universal supply, paying attention to the plug size, voltage, current and polarity. Otherwise, you're looking at shipping it back to the US for repair.
