Inviting a friend on Arlo pro 2

I invited a friend granted access but the invitation is stuck on pending. I resent the invite but this time it says the friend already exists but still can’t view my cameras. What do I need to do?

Does your friend have access as a granted user? did you check the cameras they will be allowed to view?

What Arlo app version are you & your friend using?
