AC power, I tried it both ways. What I can't figure out is why two of them do the same thing. The 720 works perfect no matter where I put it.

This is my second 1080 camera and both will not record the 120 second. Even on motion and record up to 300 second it will stop in the middle of motion. My 720 camera works perfect every time. It is set to record 120 seconds and records 1.59 every time. I switch cameras and the 1080 stops recording. I am waiting for arlo to get back to be again on this camera. What can the difference be in the two cameras to cause this problem. Where the 1080 is now it shows full signal strength.

Is your camera on battery power or constant AC power?
