Unable to activate siren on Base Station iOS. It's greyed out and cannot click on it.

Trying to activate the siren in IOS, top right hand corner of the app, I press the siren button, then active siren, it then says to choose the base station but it’s greyed out and I can’t click it.
I only just bought and set it all up, the box says it has a siren but I can’t get it to work, any ideas?

What Arlo Base Station do you have? Could you provide a screenshot that shows that your Base Station is greyed out?

It’s not letting me attach it but model is VMB4000r3 if that’s right

Do you have the latest Arlo app version, which is version 2.10? Are you able to trigger the siren through the web client on your computer? And are you the main account holder or a grant access user?

App version is 2.10,
Yes I can activate the alarm from the web client (it’s loud haha)
And I’m the only user and main account holder.

Further to this, now that I have tested from the web client, the app has started working, no idea why but thanks for your help.
