    <description>&lt;P&gt;not going to work..... the USB on the base is to a&amp;nbsp;dedicated drive or speed stick &lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Base unit to Modem to HD huckup</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Cable modem has an USB port to connect an external HD.&amp;nbsp; I was wondering since Arlo pro 2 base provided with USB ports to attach external HD for recording, what if you connect both modem and the base unit with an USB 3.0 dual power cable?&amp;nbsp; That way (I hope) you don’t have to remove the HD from the base to watch the recorded clips since modem has the access to the HD.
