    <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried this step by step, but no joy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I still get the red bar at the top of my phone saying "No Internet Connection", but I'm clearly on the net...email, news, weather. etc....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Worked until I upgraded my application to the latest...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Since today morning i cant login to arlo app in Samsung s10+&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It says No internet connection. Am using new app and it was working fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My friend who is using iPhone also told me he wasn't able to login to the app to view his arlo camera&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone help?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue on a Note 8. I did manage to get in when I changed from wifi to 4G but videos wouldn't play.&amp;nbsp; Also when I log in through the desktop site I can not play the videos, comes up with an error and says to download. When I try to download another error comes up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I enabled 2 facto authentication using web portal and now tried to login. it was recognizing the 2 facto setup and asked me to enter the code. this update was done on 14th october which screwed the authentication. Now i can login and see your issue where i can play the videos!!!!! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solution&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This worked for me.. Able to login and also see the videos&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Forget the network (wifi) in your phone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) Uninstall the Arlo app, Arlo legacy app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) Go to web portal, and enable two factor authentication&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4) Logout of that web portal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5) Reboot the phone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6) Wait for 5mins&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7) Install the Arlo new app only&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_sunglasses:"&gt;😎&lt;/span&gt; Login works now&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9) add as trusted device&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All good now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing (turn the internet off and it works) with my wife's Iphone 11.&amp;nbsp; So it does the same thing with Iphone and Android.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yup. I did that. As soon as i got the message to download new arlo app. I removed the legacy one and migrated to new one. I thought i solved this issue but i got same internet connection error. I had to do same step i wrote and solved it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I just rebooted my android, turned on the wifi and started the arlo app (2.9.2) and it appears to be working today.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't try my wife's iphone until she gets home, but for now it seems OK.&lt;/P&gt;
