      <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;I just bought pro 2 security camera and installed them outside of my house . Not sure why my phone - iPhone 8 Plus can’t connect the base system , so I used my daught’s phone - iPhone 6 s to connect the base system , it was okay , she granted me as friend ‘ access, everything seems okay , however , the microphone icon is not showing , then my daughter gave me the administrative access , microphone icon appeared , but motion notification is off...so now I can’t get the both - microphone and motion detection , could you please help ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Michelle</description>
