I have the Arlo 2 Pro Camera that is plugged in AC outlet. The camera is mounted outside where it is covered by the roof line. There was heavy rain and then received an error message that camera was offline. I checked to make sure that there was power to the camera and there were no issues. I have brought the camera inside to dry out and attempted to charge but when the camera is plugged in there is no blue light indicating that it is charging as per the instructions. I think there is issues with the actual camera USB connection because it is not charging. Thoughts?

Did you try removing the battery, and checking for moisture inside the camera body?
