How to use microphone to talk for Samsung S8? Family who has iPhone has access but I don't.

Any whose has a Samsung S8, would you advise me as to how to use the microphone to talk? My family members who have Iphones are able to have acesss to the microphone whereas mine does not.

I'm the grand acess holder, did this limit me from talking to the microphone?

Make sure the main account holder gives you "Allow Access Rights" to use the microphone. You can read here about what privileges you will have if you enable "Allow Access Rights": What privileges do my friends have when I grant them access rights in my Arlo account?
