Can't add new Arlo Pro 2 camera to Arlo Pro base

HELP needed

currently have vmb4000 base with 3 arlo pro's & 1 arlo Q+ showing in firefox web browser devices (am not using iPhone app)

b'ot new pro-2 - battery is charged, also connected to AC power, get one momentary blue light

attempt sync to 4000 base - pro-2 blinks slow & then rapidly which should mean the sync was successful -

devices cannot see the new pro-2; all 4 others are there to manage

it seems asinine to have to disable all wifi & unplug & reset the base & all cameras just to get the 5th one attached

if this can't be easily resolved, i'll just send the new camera back to amazon

i read about 20 others' reports of this along with the tech support answers which i tried except for the tech support idea of completely deleting and reinstalling all the devices which is assinine

- none of which worked

- i sent it back to amazon & got my refund
