      <title>Strange Popup: 'Sorry our billing department is not available.'</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just this morning got this strange orange popup on my desktop when I opened the account: 'Sorry our billing dept is not available.' Yesterday evening we installed power-adapter-chargers on all four cameras. Changed video quality to best and changed device order. Can't see why that would have any effect. Are others experiencing this? I can work around it since the popup banner at top of screen doesn't completely cover the action icons I need to select. And when I move to the next screen the popup disappears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
