Try checking your camera's volume settings by going to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > Choose your Arlo camera > Audio Settings. Make sure that the speaker volume is turned up.

I have still been trying to get my mics to be louder. I have tried two different smartphones and a HP Chrome Book. On one of the phones and the Chrome Book it was a very tiny bit louder. At first I didn't think anything was coming out, then someone said to listen closely. So, I did, up to my ear and even had the wife go to the end of the house and listen, it was the same, barely hear anything. This is the same on all five cameras. So if I get a message saying someone is here, I can't talk to them. Any suggestions???
