Add audio doorbell as ANOTHER device OR considered as camera and to remove one?

I have the maximum 5 cameras. I'm wondering if I can add the audio doorbell as ANOTHER device OR if it is considered as a camera and I would have to remove one?

TMK, the doorbell does not count as a camera
