Multiple Users for Arlo Pro 2

I just installed an Arlo Pro 2 system and it went smoothly using my Android phone. Now I want to let my wife also see and control the cameras. When I tried to create an account for her by searching for the base station, it is unable to find the base station even though I know it is connected and working since I can see it on my phone. Is it invisible to her because it is already registered to my account? If so, how to I create an account for her without specifying a device so I can give her "friend" access to the system?

Go to SETTINGS/GRANT ACCESS

add you wife as email , then she confirms back ...then select the cams you want her to see and admin levels
