    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the Pro2 1080p camera and audio doorbell. I downloaded new app and it will not connect. I have checked base and it is all green light. I have rebooted both stations and still will not connect. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check that you still do see all your devices via the web client (&lt;A href="https://my.arlo.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://my.arlo.com&lt;/A&gt; in a PC)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they are present, then try uninstalling the app, and installing it again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
