Arlo pro 2 vmb4500 activity zones are not working

my arlo app does not list the active zone for each camera. does the vmb4500 base station support this?

It does.

It should be in device settings (Video). You could also check my.arlo.com.

thank you for your reply. I did go to video but only brightness is listed no other settings listed. not listed on the my arlo page.

Are these Pro cameras or Pro-2.

Pros require a subscription to get activity zones. Pro-2 supports local activity zones (when AC powered). If you have Pro cameras with no subscription, then you likely won't see activity zone settings.
