      <title>Filed online support case with Support Team but did not hear back for 10 days.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone shared this experience? I filed an online support case and received no responses for 10 days. After that, I called phone support and waited online for 34 minutes. The recording started saying I was the 31st person, then 29th, ..., finally when I thought I was getting somebody, the line got dropped. This is so frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this common experience for others?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
